Up for sale or trade my 1985 Toyota Pickup Extended Cab, unfortunately I don't have the time to really wheel or fool with it anymore. This truck is a mautofied special. It has a Buick 3.8l v6 engine, out of like a 1985 Regal or something similar. The transmission is an recently rebuilt automatic TH350 probably has 250 miles on it with an Advance Adapter to a Toyota transfer case. It has an aluminum 10 gallon foamed fuel cell. Custom bed, custom front bumper with winch mount. BF Goodrich mud terrain 33x12.50R15 tires with 80+% tread left, truck could easily fit bigger tires under it, steel wheels, B&M shifter, fairly new holley carb, newer rear shocks, old truck runs good! Very strong, this thing is a beast in the woods. Cab and body is very straight, the cab has one spot where it had rusted a little on the driver side cab corner. Truck has a clear KY title, miles is marked not actual because of the custom motor but cluster on the truck says 139500 which is actual miles for the body. --Okay, reason I listed this in project, you could drive this truck probably as long as you wanted like it is but it isn't perfect, of course I don't think I have ever seen a wheeler that was. The frame has typical Toyota rot directly under the cab towards the center of the cab. It will need a new exhaust. It either burns a little oil or leaks a little oil, I really haven't looked into it at all. I had put new valve covers on it, I was thinking maybe it was leaking from there. The truck does not have power steering, it has the factory gear box and the lines just no bracket or pump. I have a pump that goes with the truck, have to get a bracket made and lines made to hook up. Other then that the truck is a great truck, it does not get the best gas mileage with the big tires, but when I first bought it I drove it as a daily driver for a little over a year until the transmission went out. It had sat for 6-7 months before I got around to having it rebuilt and since it has been rebuilt I have really only drove it around the farm and to town every once in a while 15+ miles there and 15+ miles back no problem. The truck will go pretty much anywhere you want it to, I hate to get rid of it.I can trade down, really don't have the cash to trade up. I have $4300 real money invested. Asking 3500 OR BEST REASONABLE CASH OFFER, I will sell the truck for $1000 less without the wheels and tires. -Looking for older chevy truck 2 or 4wd, Jeep Cherokee XJ 4wd, 4wd 4wheeler. Or maybe older Suburba |
